- January 2009 Seminar -

Dates, Times & Tuition

A. Course

Students may register for the January 2009, compressed 24-hour seminar or the 12-hour (one subject only) seminar.  Each 24-hour seminar ends one week prior to an official administration of the SAT so that students are at peak performance when they take the test.

The tuition for the verbal & math 24-hour seminar is $800 and the individual 12-hour seminar is $450, including all books and materials.  Advance registration is necessary.  A 50% deposit is required to reserve a space with payment in full expected by 30 days prior to the seminar date.

Sessions will meet as noted in the schedule below.  Pre and post-tests are administered to provide students and parents with an assessment of what to expect on the actual exam.  Students should plan on arriving 15 minutes early to avoid any delays that might affect their testing time and assessment.  Late arriving students’ grades will not be reliable.  Late arriving students to an actual SAT are denied entrance.

We encourage students to use the rest rooms before sessions begin and during breaks to avoid missing any seminar content.

OFFICIAL SAT ADMINISTRATION DATE:  JANUARY 24, 2009 (QAS)*

 *  "QAS” - “Question and Answer Service” available from the College Board.  For a small  fee, you will get a copy of the actual test, the correct answers and the student’s answers. 

C. Deposits

A 50% deposit is due at the time of registration.  A deposit of $400 for the 24 hour seminar, or $225 for the 12 hour seminar, is required to reserve a seat.  The balance of the tuition ($400 or $225) is due in full by 30 days prior to the start date of the seminar.

D.  Payment by check

Please mail checks payable to “National Education Consultants, Inc.” together with a filled in and executed "Student Enrollment Form" viewable at the end of the "Seminar Agreement" (see link below).

E. Special Accommodations

Facility is wheelchair accessible.  If you need special accommodations, please contact us two weeks in advance of the seminar.

F. Location

Seminars shall be held in the Stuart, Florida, area and will be announced 30 days prior to the scheduled class.  Students will be notified by phone as to location and may also check this link: location and map.
